Since I am fairly new to this, I am starting off slow with a few Girl Groups like Red Velvet and such - because I usually join other GOs on a weekly basis but I have decided to host random ones but primarily focusing on trades & sales. Below are some ground rules for GOs

• Payments:
  • Through Monzo (you need a bank card)
  • Through PayPal and only through F&F. No exceptions. ALso no messages/words in the notes for PayPal payments
  • I also have WISE now for international joiners - just DM me for the link
• Please only join if you are 100% committed and can pay immediately or within the deadline
• Will accept back-outs after the first payment (initials) HOWEVER you must find a replacement for the GO, otherwise your claim will be put back up and you will receive no refund
  • Please refer to the REFUNDS page for acceptable and non-acceptable reasons for backing out. Failure will result in your items being put back up for claim and no refund.
  • There will be designated deadlines for EMS, customs, and domestics - failure to pay for these on time will incur in late fees and possibly losing your items, which will be put up for sale, and you will receive no refund
    • Late fees (Day 1-5 after deadline) will be £1 per claim per day (max. £5)
    • After Day 5, you will lose your claim, removed from the GC, and your item will be put up for sale - with no refund
    • There are no exceptions to this - if you didn’t send proof or asked for an extension via DMs - you will receive a late fee
    • I will not remind you to pay these - you will be informed to pay EMS by checking the MasterList, the deadline, and how to pay - pls be sure to check the ML of your totals across all GOs
  • Please do DM your reasons for backing out and we can discuss the matter further.
• There will be at least four payments
  • Initial prices for the items claimed
  • EMS
  • Customs (if any)
  • Domestics to you
• For international joiners aka those who have to pay PayPal Fees - below is how you can combine payments to avoid excessive fees - therefore you will only have three payments
  • Initial Prices - this confirms you want the item
  • EMS - usually a bulk of the costs
  • However if below £2.50 then you can request your EMS to be combined with CUSTOMS (if we do receive them - it depends on the value of the package)
  • Domestics
• Video Call Giveaways
  • Certain GOs, we will raffle the Video Call with the kpop group/soloist to ONE joiner, who must of made at least one claim within the GO
  • Each joiner will be given one entry to the raffle per claim
  • All joiners wanting to join VCs must have the means and time to make the video calls or else not be eligible
  • Winners of any VC must be prepared to pay additional costs of their signed album/paper including ems, customs, and delivery.
  • Any items won through the Video Call events, except for the autographed album/paper signed to the joiner, will be kept by the GOM in charge of the GO (aka me) - no exceptions - if you do not agree with this - pls do not join GOs with special gifts/items
  • These items include photocard sets, signed photocard(s), polaroids, or signed polaroids
    • These items will be kept by the GOM
    • These items may be sold by the GOM to the joiners initially at a price set by the GOM and set by general market for signed items, and then to the general public
  • Also by own rules - I will give priority to people who haven’t won a VC in the Group Chat - this is to make it fair to everyone and let everyone have a chance to meet their idols. However this is to my own discretion.
• Offline Fansigns
  • Once an offline fansign has been won by the GOM, we may raffle off the signed album to a joiner of the offline GO - this may include either:
    • Signed album
    • Or signed pages
  • In the case of the signed album (if won) - we will raffle between joiners to have the album signed to their name
    • The winner will need to pay a fee to get the album signed to their name
      • This will depend on the group
      • This also covers the proxy fees involved
  • In the case of signed pages - we will sign the album to the fandom name - and then raffle off the pages to joiners
    • The proxy fee will be shared between joiners
  • In the last scenario - the album will be signed to the fandom and sold to the general public
    • This may happen if everyone in the GC has won a signed album or does not want a signed album
    • Prices:
      • Signed album/page (proxy name) -
      • Signed album/page (no name) -
      • Signed album/page (fandom name) -

Ordering via COMMENTS

• Comment member and quantity
• I shall reply to comment and then add you to the post - indicating I have seen and recorded your claim
• Pls wait to be added to the Group Chat
  • Pay when instructed and pls send a screenshot, if needed, in the GC
• Sorting will be done in the GC when the items arrive (if needed)
