Acceptable reasons:

• Unsuccessful purchase of items
• Extenuating circumstances in regards to payment
  • I am understanding however I do state that you should be 100% prepared to be able to make payments on time like initial, EMS, customs, and domestics

Unacceptable reasons:

• After the order is placed, giving reasons like you no longer collect that idol)
• The package is taking too long to be delivered to me
• Damages or lost mail during delivery to you
  • However if you have applied for tracking and/or signed for the delivery then compensation can be claimed from the postal service.
